Hi, I’m Eve. I’m a Senior Power Coach and I use an amazing method called Power Coaching with Mind Kinetics. This approach is uplifting, with elements of fun and discovery, and brings about profound changes in people and their lives.

Whether people come to me with work stress, relationship difficulties, anxiety or overwhelm, I help people to achieve peace of mind & heart and clarity.

I’m a degree-qualified, accredited Naturopath and hold a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and Diploma in Counselling. I’m a college lecturer for students enrolled in a Bachelor of Health Science, and Author of the book Create Calm at Work Create Calm in Life. I approach all coaching sessions with unconditional positive regard.

In my spare time, I enjoy connecting with nature, experimenting with new recipes and ingredients in the kitchen, and helping people to connect with and care for their animal companions.
