I believe that purpose driven leadership creates a better tomorrow, I love to solve problems and am focused on helping people to be at their best doing what they love. Taking the complexity and frustration out of managing and leading people, I work with people who care about people.
With over 20 years working in human resources across both the not-for-profit and commercial sectors, I have led small and large teams, both centralised and geographically dispersed and worked with hundreds of managers so understand the challenges leaders face. Following a number of executive roles (including some time spent in Operations Management) I have developed strong skills in planning and forecasting future needs, managing projects and change, guiding culture and engagement initiatives, and developing people and culture strategies that deliver organisational outcomes. My approach is grounded in change management principles, neuroscience and action learning techniques.
